摘要:BIT(built in test)作为系统测试和故障诊断与隔
离的一种新技术,在航空电子设备可靠性与可维护性
设计中日益受到重视。以机载测控系统为例,从故障
树与故障方程建立、测试点选择、测试信号提取与产
生、故障判别准则确定、防误警设计、BIT软件设计等
方面介绍了BIT设计中的关键技术。结果表明:所采
用的关键技术切实可行,提高了系统可靠性和对故障
的应变能力,同时也为系统调试及维护提供了极大的
方便。该方法也可应用于其他智能仪表及工业控制计
算机等系统的设计中。 |

| Study of the BIT Key Technology in the Airborne Measurement and Control System |
Abstract:BIT is a new technology about the system test
and fault diagnosing and separating.It is more and more
important in the design for the reliability and the maintainability of the system.The key technique is given,
such as the fault tree and equation,the test location,the
test signal picking and generating, the fault distinguish
rule,the design of preventing error alarm and BIT software.The result showed that the key technology is useful,and the reliability,the maintainability and the ability of management to fault can be increased by means of
BIT,the debugging of the system becomes convenient.
The method can be used in the system of intelligent-instrument and industrial control computer. |
