基于VXI的通用计量检定系统的设计与实现

摘要：测试系统对仪器设备进行测试时,测试系统的性能优劣决定了测量结果的可信度,因此对测试系统设备的计量是保证测试结果准确与否的前提。本文从 VXI总线和虚拟仪器的特点出发,以实例分析了基于 VXI总线的通用虚拟计量检定系统的设计与组建,论述了基于VXI总线的自动化测试系统在武器设备测控领域的良好应用。

Design and Implement of the Universal Testing and Calibration System Based on VXIbus

Abstract：When a testing system is working,the reliability of the testing results is determined by the capability of the system.So the testing and calibration for the testing system is necessary.With the analysis of VXIbus and virtual instrument,the buildup of universal virtual testing and calibration system is introduced by an example.It proves the automatic system based on VXIbus is one of the best choices in measurement and control field
