摘要:基于MAX1457实现了一种多路硅压阻式压力传感器温度补偿系统。MAX1457是一种专用传感器
信号调理芯片。此芯片集成化程度较高,可以补偿硅压阻式压力传感器的温度误差和非线性误差。经调
理后的综合误差不超过0.1%。在分析该芯片补偿原理的基础上,设计并实现了一种多路补偿系统。

Summary:Amulti-channel silicon piezoresistive sensors temperature compensating system basedonMAX1457
is realized. MAX1457 is aspecial sensor signal condition chip with highly integration.It is mainly usedtocom-
pensate temperature shiftand non-linearity error of silicon piezoresistive sensors.The total error will be limited
within 0.1%FS after the sensor is calibrated. With analyzing the principle of temperature compensating, the
design schemeofmulti-channel sensors temperature compensating system is introduced.
