摘要:利用INSTRON(英斯特朗)9250仪器化落锤实验机和虚拟仪器(由PXI硬件平台和LabVIEW软件平台组成)两种数据采集和分析系统对微加速度计进行性能测试。应用基于正态总体分布均值差的检验(t检验)方法对数据进行分析,提出改进的方法。并认为在显著性水平α之下,两者没有明显差别,且样本方差之间的差别也大为减少。证明了加速度传感器、虚拟仪器平台落锤实验机的性能符合相关技术要求。 |

Abstract:An experimental method to test and analyze microaccelerometer using two data acquisition and processing system within instrumental drop hammer machine and NI virtual test system with PXI and LabVIEW is developed.The sample data are analyzed and improved based on mean difference test (ttest) method on normal distribution condition.When level of significance is set,the results indicate that no significant differences appear between the two databases,and distinctions of2 samples’ variance decrease.So the performance of microaccelerometer and instrumental drop hammer machine complies with technology standards. |
