摘要:为了能对热电厂氢冷发电机组的氢气纯度进行精确测量,基于热导传感器TCS208F、A/D转换器AD7710及ARM内核的微控制器LPC2104,采用恒温检测的原理设计了一种氢气纯度检测仪。分析了检测仪的硬件系统组成和软件设计的流程,并对恒温检测电路的工作原理进行了详细的理论推导和分析。最后对设计的检测仪器进行了实验测试,结果表明:这种设计的检测精度和灵敏度很高且性能可靠,完全能满足电厂氢冷发电机组对氢气纯度检测的要求。 |

| Design of Hydrogen Concentration Detector Based on Thermal Conductivity Sensor |

Abstract:In order to precisely measure the percentage of hydrogen in the hydrogen-cooled generator used in power plants,on constant temperature measurement principle,a detector has been designed based on the thermal conductivity sensor TCS208F,A/D converter AD7710 and the ARM kernel microcontroller LPC2104.The hardware and software design of the detector is analyzed.A detailed theoretical derivation on the detector’s constant temperature measurement circuit is also concluded.Finally,two experiments are presented.The results of experiments show that the detector designed is highly reliable for its precision and sensitivity.Therefore,it can fully meet the requirements on hydrogen percentage measurement of hydrogen-cooled generator. |
