摘要:人工肛门括约肌系统模拟了正常的人体肛门括约肌的工作机理,可以从根本上解决因直肠癌及其他原因导致肛门失禁患者的排便控制问题。经皮能量传输的无线供能技术为人工肛门括约肌系统提供能量,是系统的核心部分。介绍了人工肛门括约肌系统工作原理以及经皮能量传输在该系统中的应用,设计了能量传输系统的硬件电路,并通过实验样机分析其传输性能,实验结果表明其传输效率能够满足系统运作的功率要求。 |

Abstract:In order to solve patients’ anal incontinence problem thoroughly,artificial anal sphincter simulates the operation mechanism of normal anus.As the energy center,transcutaneous power supply is the core of artificial anal sphincter.The usage of wireless power supply in artificial anal sphincter,especially the design of circuit is described.Experimental prototype and the results of experiences,which prove the wireless power supply module could fulfill the power requirement of internal RF communication module,information sensor module and execution unit,are also provided. |
