摘要:介绍了大功率三轴电动仿真转台控制系统的总体设计与实现。首先介绍了系统的应用背景及总体结构方案,然后介绍了系统的硬件工程实现,该系统采用一台工控机及相应的接口卡实现三轴转台的监控管理和伺服控制;最后介绍了系统的软件工程实现,针对设计好的硬件,位置环采用模糊算法、速度环采用变增益控制算法,在Windows NT操作系统下,利用VC++语言完成了该转台控制系统监控管理和伺服控制的软件设计。该转台已投入使用,效果良好。 |

Abstract:Integrated design of control system of a large power three-axis electric-driven flight turntable is discussed.First,the realization of hardware is introduced.An industry control computer and some interface circuit are used to carry out management and servo control in this system.Second,the realization of software is introduced.On the base of hardware,fuzzy algorithm is applied in position-loop,and variance-gain amplifier algorithm is used in velocity-loop.The program is designed with visual C++ in Windows NT.The turntable has been delivered to user and good effect is achieved. |
