 摘要：首先简单介绍了ATS的产生、国内外应用现状、最新技术以及发展方向。然后在详细分析故障诊断技术的基础上，说明了ATS在提高现代武器故障诊断能力的巨大优势。最后，提出了构建“面向故障诊断的自动测试系统”的新思想。 |

| Abstract：Firstly，the state of arts of the ATS is introduced simply.Then the great advantages of ATS in improving the fault diagnosis ability of modern weapons are shown based on the detailed analysis of fault diagnosis technology.In the end,a new thought, the automatic test system for fault diagnosis is given. |
