摘要:介绍了一种基于激光光幕测速原理的新型测速系统,利用固联在运动物体上的参考齿形挡光板、一对激光发射/接收装置和大缓冲容量、大动态范围的高速计数电路,在制动行程内,实现运动物体从较高初速至准静态的全过程速度测量。介绍了测速系统的工作原理和硬件设计,并进行了误差分析。现场试验的结果证明该方法能对准静态速度至65 m/s的速度范围进行准确测量。在齿形板齿间距3 mm情况下最高速段能保证200个测量脉冲,测时误差最大为0.125 μs。高速段测速误差在0.833%以内,低速段误差在0.334%以内。 |

| Whole Braking Process Measurement of the HighSpeed Object |

Abstract:A novel velocity measuring system based on laser screen is introduced.By using a toothtype bar fixed on the moving object,a pair of laser diode/photodiode and a highspeed counting circuit with large dynamic range and buffer capacity,the system realizes the whole process measuring of the moving object with the velocity from high to quasistatic.The working principle and hardware designing are introduced.Indepth analysis of errors is performed also. The field test results show that the system can accurately measure the velocity from quasistatic to 65 m/s.In the case when the space of toothtype bar is 3 mm,the system is able to guarantee the highestspeed section with 200 pulses,the largest time error is 0.125 μs.The velocity error of the highspeed section is less than 0.833% while the lowspeed section less than 0.334%. |
