摘要:针对现有无人机电气配电主控制盒手动测试过程中存在测试时间长、可靠性不高等问题,提出了一种基于PC/104总线构架的自动测试系统实现方案。介绍了系统的功能和组成结构,描述了测试系统软硬件设计实现方案,设计了故障诊断专家系统。测试结果表明,该系统能够完成预定测试工作,运行性能良好,满足了主控制盒的外场测试需求,极大地提高了测试效率。 |

| Design of Automatic Test System for Electrical Power Distribution Equipment of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle |

Abstract:Aiming at solving the low efficiency and reliability of the manual test method for the electrical power distribution equipment in unmanned aerial vehicles,a novel automatic test system based on PC/104 bus is put forward.Functions and principles of the automatic test system are introduced in detail.To meet the test requirement,the realization of hardware and software is discussed chiefly.A rule based fault diagnosis expert system is designed for detecting and locating the fault.The test result shows that the designed test system can run stably and reliably.The application of the test system will bring a great benefit for both military and economy applications. |
