摘要:介绍了一种海量数据采集的方法,解决了石油管道检测中多通道、高速实时采集的问题。利用FPGA实现了对400路模拟信号、每路采样频率1 kHz的数据采集;使用SPI总线简化了传感器与FPGA控制板之间的大量连线,同时满足了实时性和小型化的要求。通过实测数据和实测波形对系统进行了验证。 |

Abstract:A method for massive data acquisition system is introduced.This system solves the problem of multichannel,highspeed and realtime acquisition in the petroleum pipeline detection.FPGA is used to acquire 400 channels at the rate of 1 kHz per channel.The massive wires between sensors and FPGA controlling board can be simplifed by SPI bus.Real time in acquisition and miniaturization in design are also achieved.The data and waveform recorded in the experiments prove the feasibility of the system. |
