摘要:针对混凝土搅拌站工作现场环境恶劣,采样信号干扰大、精度低的问题,以高性能单片机C8051F040为核心,设计了用AD620采样放大、CAN总线通信的搅拌站控制系统,采用了最小二乘算法辨识出了精确的系统模型,并对系统误差进行了校正,以少量的程序代码实现了最小二乘算法。测试结果表明,系统性能可靠,精度高,尤其适合于复杂的强电磁干扰环境的混凝土搅拌站的实时控制。 |

| Design of Mixing Plant Controller Based on LeastSquares Identification Model |

Abstract:Focus on the problem of sample signal disturbances and low precision for concrete mixing plant,based on high performance microcontroller C8051F040,a mixing plant control system with AD620 to amplify the signal and communicate with CAN bus is designed.Leastsquares algorithm is used to identify the precise system model and correct errors,and this algorithm is realized by a few MCU codes.Test results verify the reliable performances and high precision of the system,and demonstrate that it is especially suitable for realtime monitoring concrete mixing plant in complex environment of strong electromagnetic interferences. |
