摘要:针对科里奥利质量流量计传统驱动方案中驱动信号受限于反馈信号无法改变的问题,提出了一种基于FPGA的波形合成驱动方案,介绍了它的驱动原理和具体的实现方法,这种方案通过检测反馈单元和驱动单元的相位差来跟踪计算振动管的固有频率,并使用这个频率来合成所需要的驱动信号,该方案在保证流量计稳定振动的前提下,可以合成所需的任意频率的驱动信号,提高了驱动系统的可控性,经过DSPBuilder仿真分析和使用某型号流量计进行稳定性和抗干扰性实验证明,该驱动方案完全可行。 |

Abstract:Considering the less alternating of the driving singal in traditional driving system for Coriolis Mass Flowmeter,a waveform synthesis method based on FPGA is proposed.The principle and designed scheme are described.By detecting the phase displacement betweem the driving unit and the detecting unit,the natural frequency of the utube is gotten,which is used to synthesize the needed sine signal.With ensuring the stability of the vibrating system,this scheme can synthesize any needed driving signal,which improve the controllability of the driving system.The simuliation using DSPBuilder and experiment demonstrate that this scheme is feasible. |
