摘要:为了解决低速和零速时永磁直线电机功率角的测量以及消除采用机械型传感器带来的安全、可靠性方面的问题,提出了基于单相高频电压注入法的永磁直线同步电动机功率角测量方法。在永磁直线同步电动机单相绕组中持续注入高频电压信号,通过检测得到高频电流信号,进而利用半周积分算法得到该电流的幅值,并利用永磁直线同步电动机的电流-电感-功率角之间的解析方程,获取电机的功率角。实验表明,该方法可靠性高、实用性强,且精度能够满足要求,适用于包括零速在内的永磁直线电机功率角的测量。 |

| Power Angle Measurement of Permanent Magnet Linear Motor Based on Single-Phase High-Frequency Voltage Method |

Abstract:To measure the power angle at low and zero speed and to resolve the problem of security and reliability brought by the mechanical sensor,the single-phase high frequency voltage as input is proposed into measurement of power angle of the permanent magnet linear motor.The high frequency voltage is continuously injected into the single-phase permanent linear synchronous motor windings,to get the high frequency current signal.Then,the amplitude of the current by half-period integral algorithm is acquired.Finally,the power angle of the motor is acquired from the current-inductor-power analytic equation of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor.The results of the experiment validate the reliability and practicability of this method,fulfilling the demanded precise.So,this method is valid to,even at zero speed,the measurement of power angle in permanent linear motor. |
