摘要:针对开放式数控系统的要求,以DSP为主控核心,结合步进电机专用集成驱动芯片LMD18201T,设计了一款基于串行通信(SCI)的新型多电机协同控制系统,该系统集成度高、稳定性好、实时性强、人机接口方便。试验结果表明,该系统完全满足性能指标要求,实现了各项运动控制功能。 |

Abstract:Abstract:According to the requirements of open NC system,a new kind of multi-motor coordinated control system based on serial communication is designed with DSP as main control chip and LMD18201T as integrated driving model.The system has the characteristics of high integration,good stability,excellent real-time capability and convenient man-machine conversation.Experiment results indicate that the system fully meets the performance requirements and achieves various motion control functions. |
