摘要:研究井下防爆开关综合保护系统,可有效避免各种电气事故的发生,保障人身安全,提高供电质量,具有非常重要的现实意义和经济价值。通过分析井下常见电气故障的特征以及低压防爆开关综合保护系统应该具有的各项保护功能,提出了相应的保护原理。以高性能单片机Intel 80296SA为中央控制单元,完成了保护装置的设计。样机调试结果表明:该综合保护系统保护动作可靠,性能稳定,对提高目前井下低压供电系统的安全性有很高的价值。 |

| Design of the Synthetic Protection Device For Low Voltage Flameproof Switchgear Based on Microcontroller |

Abstract:The research and development of synthetic protection for low voltage flameproof switchgear based on microcontroller in underground coal mine has very important practical significance and economic value.The synthetic protection can avoid various electrical accidents and improve the quality of power supply.So the personal safety can be protected.By analyzing the various functions of the flameproof switchgear synthetic protection,the corresponding protection principles are presented.The main circuit of the protect equipment is based on a high-performance microcontroller Intel 80296SA.The design and implementation are completed.The laboratory tests show that this synthetic protection equipment for low voltage flameproof switchgear is very reliable,and the performances are very stable.So the equipment is very valuable for improving the security of low-voltage underground power supply system. |
